艺术是跨越语言、民族与文化的桥梁，书法与绘画不仅承载着中华优秀传统文化的深厚底蕴，更展现着新时代青少年的创造力、想象力和文化自信。

值此 Youth Talented Day（青少年才艺日） 之际，我们举办青少年书画作品展，为广大青少年搭建展示才华、交流学习、传承文化的平台。本届展览共征集参赛作品255幅，作者来自旧金山湾区、美国多个城市，以及新西兰等国家和地区。不同族裔、不同文化背景的青少年以笔墨抒怀、以丹青寄情，用真挚的艺术语言表达对生活、自然、家庭、文化与未来的热爱，充分展现了新时代青少年积极向上、勇于创新、充满活力的精神风貌。

经评审委员会秉持公平、公正、公开的原则认真评选，本届展览共评选出绘画青年组、绘画少年组、书法青年组、书法少年组一等奖、二等奖、三等奖共二十四个奖项。获奖作品题材丰富、创意鲜明、技法扎实，既体现了青少年良好的艺术素养，也展示了中华优秀传统文化在海外薪火相传的蓬勃生机，以及多元文化交流互鉴的丰硕成果。

青少年是文化传承的希望，也是世界未来的主人翁。我们期待，通过本次书画作品展，让艺术成为连接心灵的纽带，让文化成为沟通世界的桥梁，让更多青少年在交流中相互学习、共同成长，以艺术启迪智慧，以文化增进友谊，用青春和梦想共同描绘更加美好的未来。

Preface

Art is a universal language that transcends borders, cultures, and generations. Chinese calligraphy and painting, as treasured forms of artistic expression, embody the richness of traditional Chinese culture while reflecting the creativity, imagination, and aspirations of today’s youth.

As part of Youth Talented Day, we are delighted to present the Youth Art & Calligraphy Exhibition, providing young artists with a meaningful platform to showcase their talents, exchange ideas, and celebrate cultural diversity. This year’s exhibition features 255 entries submitted by young participants from the San Francisco Bay Area, other cities across the United States, and New Zealand. Through expressive brushstrokes, vibrant colors, and creative compositions, these young artists share their appreciation of nature, family, community, culture, and their hopes for the future.

Following a fair and professional evaluation by the judging panel, awards have been presented in four categories: Youth Painting, Junior Painting, Youth Calligraphy, and Junior Calligraphy, recognizing First, Second, and Third Prize recipients. The award-winning works demonstrate not only artistic skill and originality, but also a deep appreciation for cultural heritage, creative thinking, and the confidence to express unique perspectives.

This exhibition is more than a display of outstanding artwork. It is a celebration of friendship, creativity, and cultural exchange. By bringing together young people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, we hope to encourage mutual understanding, inspire artistic exploration, and strengthen the bonds that unite our diverse communities. Through art, young people discover beauty, express compassion, and build bridges across cultures.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all participating students, award recipients, teachers, parents, judges, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners whose dedication and support have made this exhibition possible. May this exhibition inspire every visitor to appreciate the imagination and talent of our young artists, and encourage the next generation to pursue their dreams with confidence, creativity, and a spirit of lifelong learning.
